Recipe – Serves 1
250 MLS coconut water
1 small handful blueberries
1 small handful raspberries
1 small handful strawberries
Small handful oats
1 tablespoon Chia seeds
1 stoned medjool date or 1 tsp honey (add according to taste)
(add a few ice cubes if you want to make it colder)
Blend and serve!
Depending on how you like your smoothies, you can thicken it by adding more oats or chia seeds. To loosen, top up with ice cubes or add a little more coconut water.
